Yes. DFY Implementation is an optional add-on for active MSuite subscribers.
Do I get calls with the team?
No. This service is intentionally asynchronous and request-based through the DFY Request area in your account.
Can you tell me what automation strategy I should use?
This service is for implementation. If you need strategy, systems architecture, or help deciding what should be built, a Private Systems Partnership may be a better fit.
Can I submit multiple requests?
Yes. Requests are handled according to the active queue, complexity, and service scope. Work is not completed simultaneously or on demand.
Can you build custom APIs?
Custom API development is not included in this service.
Can you write my marketing copy?
We can implement copy you provide and make minor formatting or grammar adjustments. Copywriting from scratch is not included.
How quickly will my requests be completed?
Initial responses typically arrive within 24–48 business hours. Completion time depends on size and complexity, beginning once all required information is supplied.
Can you work on systems someone else built?
Documented external systems may be implemented or recreated when sufficient documentation is available. Undocumented systems may need to be treated as new builds.
